Services

C&S Controls provides expertise and solutions designed to help our clients to automate and optimize various processes and systems in order to improve performance and efficiency. Whether you are looking to upgrade an existing control system or install a new one, we are here to help you achieve your goals and maximize the performance of your building.

Wire Pulling

Pulling electrical wire refers to the process of running or installing electrical cables or wires through a conduit or raceway, in order to provide power or signal connections between electrical devices or systems. This is a common task in construction and building projects, where electrical wiring is required to provide power to lights, appliances, outlets, and other electrical equipment.

Access Controls

Access controls refer to security mechanisms used to regulate and manage access to resources and information in computer systems or physical environments. The goal of access controls is to ensure that only authorized users or entities are able to access or modify resources, while preventing unauthorized users from doing so.

Systems Installation

Installation of a series of devices, intended to summon law enforcement and/or emergency personnel during, or because of, an alarm condition. Devices may include hard- wired systems and systems interconnected with a radio frequency method such as cellular or private radio signals that emit or transmit a remote or local audible, visual, or electronic signal.

New Construction

Our control services for new construction typically involve designing, installing, and commissioning control systems that optimize the performance, efficiency, and safety of various building systems, such as HVAC, lighting, security, and energy management. Here are some examples of control services for new construction:

Retrofit Projects

Control system retrofits involve upgrading or replacing existing building automation and control systems to improve their functionality, efficiency, and reliability. Control system remodels are typically undertaken to address issues with outdated or malfunctioning control systems, improve energy efficiency, or enhance the performance of building systems. Here are some of system retrofit services we offer:

Our Working Process

01.

Consultation

We conduct a needs assessment to determine the specific requirements of the project. This assessment may include a review of the building’s energy consumption, equipment and system performance, as well as other relevant factors.

02.

Proposal

After our assessment, C&S will prepare a proposal outlining the recommended control system, including its benefits, design, and estimated costs. This proposal will also include a timeline for implementation and commissioning.

03.

Installation

Once the equipment has been selected, we will begin the process of wiring and cabling the building to integrate the new control system. This may involve installing new wiring, reconfiguring existing wiring, and installing sensors and controllers in key locations throughout the building.

04.

Testing & Commissioning

Once the installation is complete, C&S will conduct rigorous testing to ensure that the new control system is functioning properly and meeting the client’s requirements. This includes testing individual components, system integration, and performance testing to ensure the system is optimized for building performance.
